Welcome to the Student Disability Resource Center (SDRC) at Humboldt State University!  We welcome the opportunity to provide you with additional and more specific information in support of your academic success.  In the following pages, you will find information regarding services, policies, and other important information.

Where We Are Located

The SDRC is located in the Lower Library, Suite 5 -- the west entrance, adjacent to the Library parking lot.  

COVID-19 Social Distancing and SDRC Services

The SDRC office does have limited professional and student staff working in the office.  We are open Monday-Fridays from 8am to 5pm.

Making Appointments with Accessibility Advisors:

  • Call (707) 826-4678 or email sdrc@humboldt.edu to make an appointment with an Accessibility Advisor.
  • Appointments with Accessibility Advisors are available via phone, zoom, and in-person.

  • Accommodated Exam Request Form for in-person exams only.  This form sends information to the Testing Center and your faculty (to remind them to submit the paper exam).  

    • If you need a designated quiet testing space for your online exams, please contact the Testing Center at least five (5) business days prior to the exam to schedule a seat.
